Carlsberg Marketing Sdn. Bhd. invites applications for a Sales Executive (Central) to promote and sell our FMCG portfolio to outlets and customers in Central, Malaysia.

This permanent, full-time role offers opportunities to build lasting relationships and drive sales growth. You will evaluate outlet needs, forecast trends, and collaborate with Marketing on promotions while maintaining brand presence and product availability.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year field sales experience in FMCG or similar.
• Diploma or SPM required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive and target-driven.

Sales Executive (Central)

Carlsberg is an internationally renowned company with a portfolio of winning brands. We are looking for Sales talents to join us across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
• Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win‑win solutions and build productive long‑lasting relationships
• Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
• Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
• Work closely with Marketing to execute top‑notch promotions and activations
• Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
• Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance

Requirements

• At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment
• Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
• Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
• Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
• Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
• Driven, outgoing and is a self‑starter
• Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
• Must possess a valid full driving license. A Goods Driver’s License (GDL) is an added advantage
• Mobile and must be prepared to be transferred
