YEW BAN HENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive sales professional to expand our client base in road markings and asphalt laying. You will handle inquiries, tailor quotations, and build lasting relationships, with a vehicle provided to support field visits.

The role offers growth into a leadership path within the sales team, with opportunities to influence strategy and secure contracts. Prior road construction sales experience is a plus; bilingual ability (Hokkien) is valued.

Qualificações

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proactively source for new business and customers to expand our client base in the road markings and asphalt laying industry
• Handle customer enquiries, thoroughly understand site requirements, prepare accurate and competitive quotations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Able to Lead and Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors' activities to identify potential business opportunities
• Study and understand our products specifications well
• To source new or alternative products so as to recommend to customers
• Actively participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new contracts and projects
• Provide valuable feedback on market needs, customer preferences and competitor strategies to the management team

Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (manual)
• Minimum Diploma from a local institution
• Entry level professional with a focus on construction or individuals with past experiences in road construction are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and build rapport with customers
• Strong initiative, exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to think quickly on your feet
• Able to communicate in Hokkien
• Prior sales experience is preferred
• Note: A vehicle will be provided. Sales experience in any field will be considered.
