Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Director with extensive experience in B2B sales.

Job Description
  1. Market expansion and customer maintenance: Develop, manage, and maintain enterprise-level customer resources, establishing long-term and stable cooperative relationships.
  2. Sales strategy formulation and execution: Formulate sales strategies for the Brazil market and leverage JD.com's industrial platform resources to drive business growth.
  3. Data-driven decision-making: Use digital tools and data analytics to optimize sales processes and enhance decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in industrial engineering or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or industrial product sales, with MRO industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling customer needs independently and responding flexibly to market changes.
  • Proficient in office software, fluent in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Portuguese (Brazil) preferred.
