Position Title: National Sales Manager (Brazil)

Position Overview: Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and business development in Brazil to achieve sales targets, market share growth, and customer satisfaction. This role requires leading a sales team, designing and implementing effective sales plans, and driving business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute national-level sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives. Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities. Lead the local team to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications
  1. Experience: 8+ years of industry sales experience, with proven 0-to-1 sales management success at national or international levels. Strong business acumen.
  2. Skills: Results-driven, resilient under pressure, quick learner, and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  3. Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and integrate resources effectively.
  4. Requirements: Valid Brazilian work permit. Must be based long-term in Brazil. Fluent in Chinese and English or Portuguese.
  5. Preferred: Familiarity with cross-border payment/trade and established local networks (a strong plus).
