THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Sales Director for our Partner Sales team in São Paulo!

The Partner Sales Director will play a crucial role in Wellhub's growth strategy, responsible for building and managing a high-performing partner portfolio. The professional will lead a diverse team of executives, ensuring service coverage that maximizes Wellhub's value proposition. Strong strategic negotiation skills and the ability to establish relationships with key partners are essential to optimize margins and ensure business sustainability.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Understand gym partners’ needs, develop strategies to measure and boost engagement, and strengthen relationships with valuable partners.
  • Support the development of projects to implement best-in-class processes for efficiency and performance.
  • Conduct strategic analyses to inform business decisions and support negotiations; perform competitive analysis and design tactical plans to protect and grow our gym network.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing and colleagues. Foster a work environment that promotes work-life balance and wellbeing.

Who You Are

  • Experience in Key Account Management or related fields.
  • Proficient in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and resourceful in challenging environments.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
