Job Overview:
This US-based company is seeking to hire a bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representative to join their growing sales team. The ideal candidates will have previous experience in B2B sales, a passion for outbound sales, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team driving innovative solutions in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales: Generate leads and drive sales for the Company's payment processing and AP automation solutions.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and engage with prospective clients, set up meetings, and drive sales conversations.
  • Appointment Setting: Coordinate and set up appointments with qualified leads to help convert them into clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to close sales and meet targets.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales progress and provide regular updates to the team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Languages: Bilingual in English (native/C2 level) - Spanish highly preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in B2B sales, preferably in outbound lead generation
  • Industry Background: Experience in the financial or accounting sectors is a plus, but not required
  • Key Traits: Driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and hungry for success
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus) and Google Sheets
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree not required
