An established industry player is on the lookout for a dynamic Lead Generator to join their vibrant team. This full-time role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales and client engagement. You will be responsible for making a high volume of outbound calls, building strong relationships, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist | IT Recruiter | Scrum Master

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to join our team! This role requires high energy, persistence, and strong engagement skills through outbound calls.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in lead generation or sales, excellent communication skills in English (C1 level), and a passion for building strong client relationships.

️ Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM EST

On-site at our offices located in Microcentro, CABA

Salary in USD + commissions in USD

️ Advanced level of English: MUST

  • Make 75–100 outbound calls daily to U.S.-based prospects.
  • Build rapport and develop strong relationships through engaging and professional conversations.
  • Open new accounts and maintain repeat business on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Research prospects before calling to personalize outreach strategies.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and follow-ups.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and presentations using Zoom or Google Meet.
  • 3–5 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
  • Fluent English (C1 level) – strong verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent ability to build trust and hold meaningful conversations by phone.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Positive, resilient, and goal-driven mindset.
  • Comfortable with basic computer tools (CRM systems, Zoom, Google Meet).
