Role Details

The company is hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as a critical front-line connection between the organization and its growing pipeline of prospects. This fully remote, globally accessible role is ideal for someone with empathy, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping people navigate healthcare access or entrepreneurship. The SDR will handle inbound inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and potential franchise owners via digital and phone channels.

This role requires a human-centered approach to customer interaction. Responsibilities include assessing needs, providing clear information, and guiding inquiries to the appropriate internal team—whether patient coordination or franchise development. The right candidate will thrive in fast-paced, multicultural environments and be comfortable engaging with individuals from diverse regions globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from website, live chat, phone, and social platforms.
  • Engage with leads to assess needs, provide helpful information, and qualify based on location, urgency, and service interest.
  • Schedule appointments, escalate leads to relevant teams, and ensure smooth transitions for high-value opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate notes in the CRM system, documenting each lead journey clearly.
  • Share insights from interactions to help refine marketing and operational strategies.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for contact volume, qualification rate, and conversion to booked calls or consultations.
  • Collaborate with global teams to continually improve the sales process and customer experience.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an attentive listener and effective communicator. They possess strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and patience to support diverse audiences, some unfamiliar with healthcare or franchise models. Dependability, articulation, and a purpose-driven mindset are essential. Prior experience in sales or healthcare is beneficial but not mandatory; attitude, adaptability, and mission alignment are paramount.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1–3 years in sales, customer service, or administrative roles
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
  • Reliable internet access and ability to work remotely
  • Experience working with diverse or global audiences is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
