ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Development Representative (xDR), you will act as a trusted Go-to-Market Advisor, helping clients secure new logos through strategic cold calling, relationship building, and sales campaigns. You will complete a 2-week certification upon hire and transition quickly into client service, building pipelines and demonstrating readiness within 30 days.

Proficiency in omni-channel outreach is essential to effectively serve a diverse clientele across various communication channels.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Building and growing pipelines through cold prospecting calls and emails.
  • Partnering with account executives to generate meetings.
  • Attending prospect meetings and taking notes.
  • Creating and prioritizing target account and contact lists.
  • Engaging in professional conversations with executives.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth.
  • Achieving monthly quotas for meetings and opportunities.
  • Conducting a minimum of 4 hours/day of outbound prospecting using our automated dialing technology.

Qualifications needed:

  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in Software/High Tech, but relevant experience is welcome.
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and English (C1 level or higher).
  • Based in the LATAM region to service clients within the timezone.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork, resilience, and proactive problem-solving skills.
