Pandora is looking for a dynamic and business-savvy Sales Trainer in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

The role of the Sales Trainer is to ensure that all sales professionals have a thorough knowledge of the product, retail operations, and selling techniques such as overcoming resistance and consultative selling. This role will lead the content strategy across the cluster. The trainer should be a resource for the field teams and team leaders. The Sales Trainer conducts training for all team levels. The Sales Trainer will serve as a subject matter expert in sales training, product knowledge, sales processes, and retail operations. The trainer will coach teams in the field for ongoing training and development within sales and product areas. The Sales Trainer will also facilitate and support large company meetings.

Key accountabilities:

  1. Plans, conducts, coordinates, and implements comprehensive training programs for all sales teams.
  2. Presents at large regional and company events.
  3. Facilitates group training sessions and team meetings.
  4. Assists in adapting translations to country-specific content needs.
  5. Develops training programs for product knowledge, sales processes, retail business acumen, and management development.
  6. Provides individual coaching to field team members on sales development.
  7. Acts as an ambassador of the PANDORA brand.

What is needed to succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a corporate or professional sales trainer working with performance-based sales teams.
  • Knowledge of the retail sales environment and facilitation experience required.
  • Experience in leading remote training sessions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Education, Communication, Learning and Development, or related fields.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of InDesign or other graphic programs is a plus.
  • Strong instructional design, presentation skills, and audience management abilities.
