Responsabilités

• Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards
• Keeping customers happy, obtaining feedback, and handling complaints
• Organizing schedules, tracking employee hours and payroll data
• Ordering food, linens, gloves and supplies within budget
• Supervising daily shift operations front- and back-of-house
• Controlling costs and reducing waste
• Appraising staff performance and retraining when needed
• Hiring, training, supervising and evaluating employees
• Preparing employee work schedules
• Addressing employee disputes and questions
• Ensuring safety standards and company policies
• Managing money-handling procedures
• Ordering, recording and managing inventory
• Keeping shop stocked, clean and visually appealing
• Motivating staff to hit sales goals and deliver customer service
• Handling customer complaints

• Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations

• Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating employees.
