AllView Real Estate is seeking a Remote Property Manager to support residential and commercial property operations across Southern California. This full-time, 1099/contractor role connects tenants, owners, and vendors, keeping records current and deadlines met from a remote location.

You will manage inquiries, renewals, rent tracking, and maintenance coordination using AppFolio and Google Sheets, with strong communication, integrity, and independence.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely, professional manner.
• Assist with lease renewals and coordinate communication to meet deadlines.
• Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants.
• Maintenance & Turnover Coordination.
• Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution with proper updates.
• Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness.
• Leasing, Records & Reporting; conduct pricing comps and assist market analysis.
• Maintain tenant and property records in AppFolio and Google Sheets.
• Generate and review reports related to maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction.

The Role: The Backbone Behind the Scenes

This isn't a role where things fall through the cracks. As a Remote Property Manager, you're the connective tissue between tenants, owners, vendors, and the property management team, keeping records current, requests moving, and deadlines met, all from wherever you're working. If you need constant oversight to stay on track, this isn't it.

But if you're the type who's organized without being told to be, who stays calm when three things go wrong at once, and who takes pride in a clean, accurate record no one has to double-check, we want to hear from you. You'll be working with a high-performing, international remote team that takes the work seriously and each other seriously too.

Key Responsibiliti

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $11 per hour, based on experience, plus 6% annual bonus potential paid out quarterly.
