BairesDev is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, manage the product backlog, and provide guidance during development. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in product management and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
• Write and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed product specifications.
• Work closely with development teams to provide clear guidance and support during product development.
• Conduct regular product backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
• Act as the primary point of communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
