The Distribution & Field Force Manager will focus on ensuring all Red Bull Distribution Partner Management and Field Force management tools, systems, and processes are developed, relevant, and implemented in all markets in Latam where Red Bull is sold through a distribution partner.

Three distinct priorities:

  1. Represent Red Bull in the region, defining and implementing a profitable and efficient distribution model that ensures optimal customer service, as well as the continuous development of the sales process and supporting systems to accommodate expected growth across all commercial channels.
  2. Implement as a global standard all Red Bull Field Force & Distribution Partner Management tools, systems, and processes across all markets.
  3. Support markets to collaboratively add value to distribution partner performance by considering RTM, the value chain, process optimization, and countries' ability to drive distribution partner performance. Engage directly with distributors and potential distributors when required to develop business opportunities.
