We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager with deep experience in the European SaaS market. This is a commission-only role, ideal for a senior-level sales professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment and has a proven track record of closing high-value SaaS deals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across the Brazil region.
  2. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
  3. Leverage your existing network to generate qualified leads.
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning our SaaS solutions effectively.
  5. Report regularly on sales activity, pipeline, and progress toward targets.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

Requirements:

  1. 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, focused on the Brazil market.
  2. Strong network and deep knowledge of industry verticals in Brazil.
  3. Demonstrated ability to close high-value SaaS deals independently.
  4. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  5. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working without supervision.
  6. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and remote collaboration tools.

Compensation:

  1. Commission-based only – highly competitive commission structure.
