Vertiv is seeking a Recruiter on its Talent Acquisition Team to identify and attract top talent for the Americas Region. You will partner with hiring managers, leaders and HR to build teams aligned with our priorities.

The role emphasizes full cycle recruiting, data-driven decisions and collaboration across the TA and HR organizations to meet company goals and elevate the candidate experience.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years’ minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level.
• Demonstrated ability with ATS: Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, etcetera.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adept at setting and prioritizing your own work to perform the role successfully.
• Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders to create buy-in.
• Ability to gather data, analyze and present findings to various audiences.

As a Recruiter on Vertiv’s Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to our Americas Region.
