Vertiv in São Paulo is seeking an experienced Order Management professional responsible for ensuring customer orders progress from manufacturing to shipping, aligning with projects and schedules.

You will collaborate with factories, quality, logistics, finance, and project management to provide timely information, allocate orders to sites, update install base, and drive resolution of program-wide issues.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in administration, engineering, computer science, or finance.
• Strong leadership and project management experience.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer orders to ensure on-time manufacturing and shipping.
• Collaborate with factories, quality, logistics, finance, and project management to provide timely info.
• Allocate equipment orders to project sites and escalate dates at risk.
• Update install base with correct locations and serial numbers.
• Ensure site equipment quality in new equipment manufacturing.
• Lead program-wide issue resolution with stakeholders.
• Enter change orders in CPQ and book in Oracle.
• Perform regular data integrity checks of customer data in systems.
• Support on-time product deliveries with logistics.
• Oversee FCN implementation on projects under assigned accounts.

• Accountable for customer orders to ensure manufacturing and shipping takes place to meet customer schedules.
• Works with other departments (factories, quality, logistics, finance, project management etc.) within Vertiv to provide timely information to GSA execution team.
• Accountable for the allocation of equipment orders to project sites and elevate within Vertiv when dates are in jeopardy.
• Assist with updating install base with the correct install location of equipment and linking the correct serial and instance number.
• Assist with ensuring site equipment quality is corrected in new equipment being manufactured.
• Leads the efforts for program wide issues (tiger team) and works with various stakeholders (internally and externally) to resolve issues.
• Accountable to ensure all change orders are entered in CPQ and booked in Oracle.
• Perform regular data integrity checks to ensure customer data is accurately reflected in company systems.
• Works with logistics in the event there are product deliveries not arriving as scheduled.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor´s degree in administration, engineering, computer science processing, finance, preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid experience in the industry in manage people and project management.
• Leadership experience.
• Medium / Advanced English and Spanish level.
  

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build diverse relationships internally and externally.
• Project Management and Data Center certifications are desired
• Analytical skills to understand the impact of market and competitive changes as they affect a product portfolio.
