Vertiv is seeking a Recruiter to support the Americas region as part of the Talent Acquisition Team. You will attract top talent and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and leaders to align with strategic priorities and behaviors.

Responsibilities include managing full cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions, shaping strategy with HR and leadership, and hiring for operations and engineering roles. The role emphasizes ownership, ethics and a data-driven approach to drive results.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years minimum full cycle recruitment at regional or national level.
• Experience with major ATS (Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc.)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong self-organization and prioritization
• Excellent communication with key stakeholders to drive buy-in
• Ability to gather data, analyze findings and present to audiences

Education, Skills And Experience

• 2-3 years’ minimum Full Cycle Recruitment on a regional or national level
