Empresa Confidencial in Cajamar/SP is seeking an enthusiastic recruiter to maintain and grow a pipeline of candidates. You will conduct interviews by phone or in-person, assess fit from resumes and feedback, and act as the main contact for candidates while aiming to meet weekly call and email quotas.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to drive candidates through the hiring process with energy and persistence.

They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
