Gdm is seeking an entry-level recruiter in Campinas to build a robust candidate pipeline and support hiring goals. You will conduct phone or in-person interviews, qualify candidates, and act as the main point of contact for applicants.

Ideal candidates bring fluent English, strong communication, organization, and the drive to meet weekly calls and email quotas, with a proactive, high-energy approach.

Qualificações

• Fluent/Advanced English (read/write/speak) required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to build/manage a candidate pipeline.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future positions.
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
