Job Purpose and Objective:

LBS is expanding its internal recruitment team, and we are seeking candidate recruiters on a full-time or part-time basis. With increasing demand from both existing and new clients across multiple international markets, we need motivated professionals to help expand our pipeline of qualified candidates. This role offers the flexibility to work on weekdays or weekends, allowing autonomy after completing training.

For those looking to build a long-term career in recruitment, this position provides a strong foundation, with opportunities to progress into full-cycle recruitment, client account management, and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize various recruitment tools to identify and engage top-tier candidates for roles within the Travel, TravelTech, and SaaS industries.
  2. Collaborate closely with LBS account managers and clients to understand role requirements, company culture, and long-term talent needs.
  3. Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, focusing initially on CSM and BDM positions.
  4. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates for niche roles in product development, management, and technical fields.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, job requirements, and hiring progress within the applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM tools.
  6. Stay updated on trends and talent pools within the Travel and TravelTech industries, adapting sourcing strategies to market dynamics.
  7. Create compelling outreach messages to engage passive candidates and communicate the value proposition of both LBS and client organizations.
  8. Partner with the recruitment team to ensure seamless handoffs of identified candidates for further assessment and interviews.
Additional Responsibilities (Phase Two - Account Management):
  1. Conduct screening calls to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for client needs.
  2. Build strong relationships with candidates, advocating throughout the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  3. Maintain and enhance existing external client relationships.
Skills/Experience and Qualifications:
  • Experience using Recruiter is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or CRM tools, e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Salesforce.
  • All levels of recruitment experience will be considered due to multiple vacancies.
  • Professional English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
