We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international recruitment team full-time remotely. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to promoting our employer brand and coordinating successful hires. You'll operate independently remotely, collaborating closely with a multicultural and values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the initial and follow up recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and submission then follow up until the candidate is hired by our clients
  • Strengthen our employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Conduct structured interviews and ensure candidates do the tests if needed by the clients
  • follow up with the team leader regarding the recruitment needs and submitting per weekly plan
  • follow up closely with your candidates during the whole recruitment process

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in full life cycle recruiting
  • Strong Sourcing Skills on different platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and autonomously
  • Experience in working with the European Market
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
