We are looking for a passionate and motivated Entry Level Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts in the Netherlands market.

Mandatory Requirement: Fluency in Dutch and English.

This is a 100% remote job, and we are only considering PJ.

Responsibilities:

1. Source and screen candidates for various roles.
2. Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
4. Assist in developing and posting job advertisements.
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
