Vision Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified scientist/engineer to conduct experimental research on product compounds, analyze tests, and develop new methodologies to improve raw materials and products in Brazil.

You will work with customers during testing, develop applications to meet their needs, and prepare quality system documentation while supporting audits and tech transfer to production across the organization.

Qualificações

• Degree in Science, Chemical Process or Engineering discipline.
• Proactive, assertive, honest, helpful, hardworking and responsible with a customer focus, team-player.
• Critical thinking skill in failure mechanism/estimation.
• Good conceptual and leadership skills required.

• Quality System documentation, including TS/R&D projects, test methods & machine operation establishment, risk analysis
• Support various customer & certification audits
• Responsible for purchase of machine, test equipment & other supporting items
• Facilitate tech transfer to production & grade transfer from other SB plant for company wide activities

About the role

Conduct experimental research on the various properties of the company's product compounds, analyses and tests to investigate chemical phenomena, to test, develop new product and test methodology or improve raw materials and products.
