AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance/Process Engineer to manage customer quality issues and drive continuous improvement of products and processes. You will coordinate with the process department on corrective/preventive actions, perform process optimization and benchmarking using statistical tools, and oversee audits to TS & ISO requirements. Travel locally/overseas as needed.

Qualificações

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing) will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel locally/overseas for business trips as required.

Summary:

• MNC
• Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm
• UP$3400-$4200
• $70 meal allowance

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities of the company products and processes.
• Liaise with process department on quality related issues to follow-up on effective corrective/preventive actions.
• Required to carry out activities such as process optimization, benchmarking, etc through various statistical tools and software.
• Handle external body audit in accordance to TS & ISO requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or equivalent.
• Knowledge of statistical software such as DOE & JMP and QC tools (FMEA, SPC and 8D format report writing) will be an added advantage.
• Willing to travel locally/overseas for business trips as and when required.
