MTC Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an on-site trainee assembler to join a busy fab environment in Yishun. You will assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated equipment, following strict quality protocols.

A traineeship is provided during probation to support learning and integration. Open to Singaporeans only, with minimum 1 year of relevant experience and a hands-on, team-focused attitude.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Hands-on, team player with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Foundry/ Cleanroom experience will be a plus.
• Open to Singaporeans only.

• Assemble, test, and maintain mechanical, electronic, and automated equipment.
• Follow protocols to ensure quality control and optimal equipment performance.
• Collaborate with engineers to diagnose issues and improve systems.
• Document testing procedures and results.
• Ensure workplace safety and maintain an organized environment.
• Conduct wafer and die testing, as well as die sorting, per schedule.
• Uphold 6S standards within the Fab environment.
