Vision Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking a worker for quality testing/inspection roles with English proficiency. The position requires commitment to rotating 12-hour shifts and maintaining workplace cleanliness.

Employees will receive a basic monthly salary with meal allowance and overtime provisions. PPE is provided and must be worn at all times.

• Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area.
• Be flexible with rotating shifts (morning and night).
• Follow supervisor directions and complete ad-hoc tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Requirements:

  - Able to read and write in English

  - Have experience in quality testing /inspection

  - Able to commit to 12-hours shift work, if required

  - General housekeeping of workplace

  - Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior

  - Due to the nature of the working environment, candidates with allergies or sensitivity to chemicals, dust, or powder are advised not to apply.

  - PPE will be provided and need to be worn at all times during the course of work.

• Working Hours & Benefits

  Official Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.48pm
  Overtime Hours: 5.49pm to 8.00pm
  Shift Arrangement: Rotating shift, one week morning shift and one week night shift

  Monthly Basic Salary: $2,000
  Meal Allowance: $70 per month
  Overtime Rate: 1.5x or 2.0x of the hourly rate of pay, where applicable

  Annual Leave: 11 days per year, pro-rated for incomplete year of service, with an annual increment of 1 day up to a maximum of 16 days.
