YEW BAN HENG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to assist in tender preparation, contract administration, and cost evaluation for ongoing projects. The role requires handling tender submissions, cost analyses, and coordination with the contract team to ensure timely progress.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in QS or related fields, show analytical skills, and can work independently as part of a team. Experience with LTA/HDB tender processes is preferred.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Building Management/ Civil Engineering and equivalent.
• Committed, analytical and able to meet tight scheduled duties assigned.
• Independent and a good team player with positive attitude.
• Must have experience in handling LTA/HDB tender documents and submissions.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and QS principles.
• Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.

Responsabilidades
