PRELIM CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Project) to manage tender take-offs, bill pricing, and subcontractor evaluation. The role involves sourcing materials and coordinating suppliers, plus handling variation and progress claims under contract administration.

The candidate should have a recognized Civil/Structural or related engineering degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Singapore.

Qualificações

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structural or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years or more relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Taking off quantities for tendering.
• Pricing of bills & quantities.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor’s claims & preparation of payment certificate for sub-contractors.
• Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
• Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
• Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.
• Any other duties as assigned by superior or management.
