United Specialists Pte Ltd is seeking a procurement-minded professional to support the company’s purchasing activities in Singapore. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and preparing purchase/work orders while coordinating deliveries with vendors.

You will work with a small team, requiring good English communication, independence, and familiarity with tendering/estimation. An attractive package with benefits is offered to suitable candidates.

Qualificações

• Diploma, Advance Certificate and/or GCE O Level or equivalent.
• 1-2 years purchasing experience preferably in construction related industry in Singapore.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Command of English.
• Proficiency in local tendering and estimation experience is strongly encourage to apply.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum guidance.
• Software skills required on MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement process of the Company.
