Talent First Pte. Ltd. is seeking a site-based plumbing and sanitary professional to prepare tender submissions, BOQ, drawings, and material specifications. You will support cost estimates, claims, and shop drawings, coordinating with managers, customers, and subcontractors.

The role requires at least one year of relevant experience and proficiency in Cubicost TME and AutoCAD, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and a basic salary up to SGD 3,700.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Cubicost TME and AutoCAD.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare tender submissions, BOQ, tender drawings, material specifications, P&S plans, shop drawings, and other required documents.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Carry out quantity measurements and cost estimates.
• Liaise with managers, team members, customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Handle purchasing and inventory management.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
