Job summary

Bestlink Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle cost estimation, budgeting, and subcontractor negotiations for construction projects. The role includes preparing claims, variations, and final accounts, attending meetings, and ensuring ISO documentation is maintained.

The candidate will manage tendering and workload processing on site in a hands-on capacity. The position requires coordination with clients and consultants, and involvement in project paperwork and site

• Take off quantities and prepare costing and budget for project.
• Sourcing for sub-contractors and supplier and negotiate price with them.
• Submission of progressive claim and variation of orders to the client.
• Evaluate and certifty subcontractor's claim.
• Prepare profit and loss & final account for project.
• Attend Site meeting / Consultant meeting / Technical meeting.
• Preparing ISO document.
• Doing tender / handling project.
• Assist manage to prepare paper work.
