Job summary

Northcroft Lim Consultants Pte Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage quotations, costing, tender documents, and project cost issues. You will liaise with consultants, contractors, clients, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost analysis.

The role requires a Diploma/Bachelor's in Quantity Surveying with 4–6 years of experience and strong knowledge of costing software and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 4–6 years of experience in quantity surveying consultancy.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with AUTOCAD, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• To source for quotations, price comparison and costing summary.

Qualifications: -

1) Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying,

2) Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm

3) Strong understanding of construction processes.

4) Excellent skills with relevant cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

5) Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.

6) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
