Job summary

Northcroft Lim Consultants Pte Ltd seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to lead cost estimation, tender preparation, and project costing activities. You will liaise with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Clients and suppliers to resolve cost issues and deliver accurate costing summaries.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying and strong experience in cost estimation, AutoCAD and MS Office, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying Consultancy Firm.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Excellent skills with cost estimation software, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Executive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
