CPG Facilities Management Pte Ltd in the North region of Brazil seeks a capable supervisor to lead a team of property officers, technicians and admin staff across multiple mall sites.

You will liaise with contractors, drive improvement projects, manage tenancy and lease activities, and prepare regular client reports.

If you are proactive, with strong communication and the ability to work under pressure, this role offers hands-on leadership in busy retail environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of property officers, technicians and admin staff on daily operations across multiple mall sites.
• Liaise with contractors, oversee improvements, address client feedback and service requests.
• Handle tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions tasks.
• Prepare and submit management reports to the Client.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Formação académica

Minimum Degree in Real Estate for Business/Facilities Management for Business/ Building Services Engineering/Project and Facilities Management or equivalent

• Supervise a team of property officers, technicians and admin personnel on daily works carried out in the shopping malls and overseeing daily operations.

• Liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the clients.

• Handle matters relating to tenancy and lease management, advertising and promotions management etc.

• Required to prepare and submit management reports to the Client.

• Any other duties are assigned by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Real Estate for Business/Facilities Management for Business/ Building Services Engineering/Project and Facilities Management or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties or in the alternative, at least 10 years of managerial experience in facilities management

• Possess Fire Safety Manager certification

• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Service orientated mindset

• Working location: need to manage multiple sites
