Super Bean International Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead store fit-out and renovation projects across the region. You will oversee planning, budgeting, design coordination, procurement, and handover, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management or facilities, with strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with contractors, vendors, leasing teams and operations.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in project management, facilities management, building, construction, interior design, engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in project management, facilities, renovation, construction or space planning.
• Experience in renovation, upgrading, reinstatement or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Strong planning, contractor management, quotation evaluation and site coordination.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

• Experience managing renovation, upgrading, reinstatement or commercial projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of project planning, contractor management, quotation evaluation and site coordination.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good documentation and follow-up skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of AutoCAD or other space-planning software will be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and make practical decisions to resolve project issues.
• Willing to travel between company premises, outlets, offices and project sites when required.
