Job summary

Audimars Buildtech Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee on-site coordination of multi-trade construction projects in the region.

The role requires leading the Projects Department, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring targets for time and budget are met using MS Projects and Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in projects and site management in construction.
• Experience leading the Projects Department and coordinating architectural coordination and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and authorities.
• Manage all trades on-site (structural, architectural, building, M&E, interior works).
• Set up and maintain project control systems, planning, schedules, and costing with coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Review progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
• Manage defects rectification and improvement works of completed projects.
• Implement quality, safety, and environmental management systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Able to coordinate with consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant authorities

• Able to handle all trades of works on-site (ie structural works, architectural works, building works, M&E works, interior fitting-out works)

• Set up and maintain project control system, planning, work schedules and monitoring of project costing, work progress, and coordination with all parties involved to ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget

• Review and provide project-related correspondence including progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

• Manage defects’ rectification and improvement works of completed projects

• Implement various quality, safety, and environmental management systems

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in projects and site management in the local construction industry.

• Shall be able to manage and lead the Projects Department and proven experience in construction project planning especially specialize in architectural coordination and have sound knowledge in construction methods and practices.

• Strong in IT-based project management software such as MS Projects & Excel.

• Prefer with R&R / Town Council project experience

  Must possess a relevant degree in Building or Engineering.
