Accountstaff is seeking a Designer / Project Manager to oversee renovation and interior fit-out projects from concept to completion. You will handle space planning, design development, project coordination, and on-site supervision to ensure quality on time and within budget.

Ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field, with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and related tools, and a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in interior design, architecture, construction management, or related discipline.
• Class 2/3 license required (vehicle provided).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong understanding of renovation processes, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

The Designer / Project Manager will oversee renovation and interior fit-outprojects from concept development through completion. Requirements
