is seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to coordinate architectural works and ensure the smooth implementation of design requirements throughout the construction process. You will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors and project teams to ensure drawings, specifications and building finishes are properly coordinated, approved and executed in line with project standards.

Qualificações

• Degree or diploma in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination or building construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate architectural works to ensure construction aligns with drawings, specs.
• Review drawings, details, materials, and submissions for coordination and constructability.
• Identify and resolve interface issues with structure, M&E and other services.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Monitor site progress and workmanship to ensure quality and conformance.
• Review samples, mock-ups, shop drawings and method statements.
• Follow up on site defects and rectification to meet timelines.
• Assist coordinating with authorities and consultants as needed.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to coordinate architectural works and ensure the smooth implementation of architectural design requirements throughout the construction process. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure that architectural works are properly coordinated and executed in accordance with approved drawings and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural works to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Review architectural drawings, details, material specifications, and technical submissions to verify coordination and constructability
• Identify and resolve interface issues by coordinating architectural works with structural, M&E, and other building services
• Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to address architectural and technical matters
• Monitor site progress and workmanship to confirm architectural works meet quality standards and approved designs
• Review samples, material submissions, mock-ups, shop drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Follow up on site issues, defects, and rectification works to ensure timely resolution and project completion
• Assist with coordination involving authorities and consultants related to architectural works as needed

Required competencies and certifications

• Recognized Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Studies, Building, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination or building construction projects in Singapore
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, materials, and building finishes
• Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and relevant authority requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Revit/BIM
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through effective collaboration with architects, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
