Jobtailor in Brasília seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead agile initiatives and coach Scrum practices. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain the backlog, and ensure timely delivery while acting as the main client contact.

You will manage risks, dependencies, and releases, communicating with stakeholders and guiding team growth. English fluency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience managing risks and schedules/deadlines.
• Experience understanding dependencies between projects and other ongoing business initiatives.
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and principles of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and ability to identify and leverage opportunities.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
