We are seeking an Agile Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across IT and business teams. This role will focus on driving delivery, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of projects within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technical and business initiatives across multiple workstreams
• Act as the primary point of coordination between engineering, product, business stakeholders, and vendors
• Manage project plans, timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies
• Drive alignment across teams on priorities, deliverables, and success criteria
• Support Agile ceremonies and work closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate status updates, risks, and milestones to leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate change management and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage vendor and contract coordination when needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technical or IT environments
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with SDLC and technical project delivery
