Earth Arts Pte Ltd, established in 1996, is a one-stop solution for design, supply, and installation of natural stones and tiles. The company seeks a motivated Project Engineer to join the growing team and gain broad experience in project coordination, site management, stone and tiling works, and finishing works.

As a Project Engineer, you will work with management, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Architectural Studies, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in stone, tiling, or finishing works advantageous.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Good project coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities on project requirements and site matters.
• Assist the Manager / Project Manager in managing site teams and overseeing daily site operations.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, logistics, and site movements.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to meet project schedules and requirements.
• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, company procedures, drawings, and project specs.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding site issues.
• Prepare and review project-related correspondence, progress reports, submissions, and other documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Coordinate and manage defects rectification, repair, and improvement works for completed projects.
• Read and interpret architectural, construction, and technical drawings.
• Prepare, update, and revise drawings using AutoCAD where required.
• Assist the Manager in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

With several ongoing and upcoming projects, this is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on construction professional who wants to gain broader experience in project coordination, site management, stone & tiling works, and finishing works.

Your Role

As a Project Engineer, you will work closely with our management team, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure projects are carried out smoothly, safely, and according to the required quality and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on project requirements and site matters.

• Assist the Manager / Project Manager in managing site teams and overseeing daily site operations.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, logistics, and site operational movements.

• Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to ensure tasks are completed according to project schedules and requirements.

• Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, company procedures, approved drawings, and project specifications.

• Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding site issues.

• Prepare and review project-related correspondence, progress reports, submissions, and other documentation.

• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with relevant parties to resolve technical and site-related issues.

Requirements

• Responsible, organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Able to work in a fast‑paced construction environment and handle site‑related challenges professionally.

• Willing to work on‑site and travel between project locations when required.
