Sing Yiet Civil Engineering Contractor Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Supervisor for sewer infrastructure projects. The role involves planning and supervising daily site operations, coordinating manpower, materials and equipment, and leading site teams to meet project specs and timelines.

You will monitor progress, prepare reports, liaise with clients and authorities, and ensure adherence to WSH requirements and company procedures.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sewer infrastructure works or civil engineering projects in Singapore.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination and communication skills.
• Familiar with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage and supervise daily site operations for sewer infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and monitor site activities to ensure works are carried out safely, on schedule and in accordance with project specifications.
• Lead and supervise site supervisors, subcontractors and workers to ensure efficient site operations.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and work schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily and weekly site reports.
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, PUB requirements and company procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and other stakeholders.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, productivity and cost, and minimize delays and unnecessary overtime.
