VisteK Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Executive (Drafter) to deliver precise technical drawings and manage project documentation for fiber installation and construction projects. You will collaborate with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

The role requires independent handling of complex drafting tasks, creation of detailed drawings and 3D models, and coordination with Designers and Engineers to maintain project consistency.

Qualificações

• Diploma in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is advantageous
• Minimum 1–3 years of drafting experience in construction or engineering industries
• Good understanding of construction drawings, building components, and detailing
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to prepare submission, tender, and detail drawings independently
• Ability to check and ensure compliance with all relevant authorities

Responsabilidades

• Administer project teams for fiber installation by coordinating site surveys with clients, building management, and customers
• Prepare route maps and submit Notice of Commencement Earthworks applications for utilities including Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, and SCDF
• Finalize and submit claims for cable work such as Trial Hole, Cable Pulling, Pipelaying, and Joint/Termination to the Power Grid NOVA system
• Monitor and update master lists of work claims to track project status accurately
• Report work progress and claim status to Project Engineers and Project Managers regularly
• Independently handle complex designing and drafting assignments with minimal supervision
• Create detailed drawings and 3D models from written and verbal specifications provided by Project Engineers
• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure model accuracy, adherence to drafting standards, and proper design documentation
• Coordinate design efforts closely with Designers, Drafters, and Engineers to maintain project consistency
• Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Maintain all revisions and update drawing logs systematically
• Develop 3D models by analyzing prototypes and 2D drawings to support project requirements
• Examine engineering drawings to ensure compliance with cited specifications
• Provide timely technical assistance and problem-solving solutions to project teams
• Participate actively in project meetings and conference calls to align on project goals and updates

Job Summary

As a Project Executive (Drafter) at Vistek Pte Ltd, you will deliver precise technical drawings and manage project documentation to support fiber installation and construction projects, collaborating closely with engineers and project teams to ensure design accuracy and compliance.

• Administer project teams for fiber installation in non-residential and commercial buildings by coordinating site surveys with clients, building management, and customers

• Prepare route maps and submit Notice of Commencement Earthworks applications for utilities including Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, and SCDF
