FEIXIANG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. requires a site project planner to support the execution of construction projects across the Northern region of Brazil.

You will plan and implement projects to meet timelines and specifications, coordinate across trades, and ensure smooth workflow on site. The role involves analyzing drawings, preparing method statements, raising RFIs, liaising with clients for inspections, and ensuring compliance with the Project Quality Plan.

• Plan and coordinate construction activities effectively
• Strong ability to analyze drawings and prepare method statements
• Ability to raise RFIs promptly for technical clarification
• Liaise with clients and coordinate site inspections
• Ensure adherence to Project Quality Plan and standards
• Coordinate across trades and departments to prevent clashes
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress of subcontractors
• Track progress of shop drawings, materials, and method statements
• Plan daily resource allocation, machinery, and equipment
• Attend progress and internal meetings to resolve issues

• Raise RFIs promptly to clarify technical issues before work implementation
• Liaise with clients to facilitate site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain accurate site records
• Plan construction operation sequences in alignment with the Project Quality Plan to uphold quality standards
• Attend site progress and internal meetings to communicate updates and resolve issues
• Manage safety, quality, and progress of subcontractor works to ensure compliance and project success
• Track submission statuses for shop drawings, materials, samples, method statements, and other technical documents
• Conduct daily resource planning, machinery allocation, and equipment management to optimize site operations
