Sys-Mac Automation Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a capable project engineer/manager to lead planning, coordination and execution of projects from kickoff through commissioning and customer acceptance, ensuring requirements, specifications, timelines and quality meet the allocated budget.

You will coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and subcontractors, monitor progress and costs, and support sales in RFQs and proposals.

Qualificações

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Good technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful and well-organized.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good presentation and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel overseas for project assignments at short notice (approximately 10%).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project activities from project kick-off through commissioning and customer acceptance.
• Gather and understand customer requirements, technical specifications, project schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor project progress, material costs and labour hours against the allocated budget and schedule.
• Coordinate and resolve technical and project-related issues, escalating complex matters to the Project Manager or HODs when required.
• Lead customer communication, project meetings, issue tracking and progress reporting.
• Support site installation, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
• Assist Sales in RFQs, technical proposals and other project-related assignments.
