Sun Power Electrical Pte. Ltd. seeks a Project Coordinator to drive project success by coordinating technical activities, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting management in ensuring timely, compliant construction execution.

You will coordinate site meetings, verify installations against specifications, assist with planning and scheduling, and provide monthly progress reports to the Project Manager. Strong communication and multi-project handling are essential.

Qualificações

• Degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet concurrent deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects to ensure successful completion and execution.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between all disciplines and project participants to resolve site issues and maintain work progress.
• Participate in client and contractor site meetings and inspections to verify site installations comply with project technical specifications.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating works to ensure deliverables meet authority standards and project requirements.
• Support project management by preparing proposals, coordinating production activities, and maintaining day-to-day client interactions.
• Assist with project administration tasks as required to support smooth project operations.
• Report site issues, including design or architectural changes that may affect work scope or costs, promptly to the Project Manager.
• Provide monthly progress reports on site work to the Project Manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support project objectives.
