YL INTEGRATED PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Project Coordinator for a Norte Brazil site-based role.

You will support planning, execution, and coordination across customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Responsibilities include preparing schedules, technical documentation, progress reports, and submissions; attending site meetings; ensuring safety, quality, and company standards; and assisting in tender activities with quotations and cost estimates.

Responsabilidades

• Support project planning, execution, and site coordination.
• Prepare project schedules, technical documentation, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Prepare and review technical submissions and project documentation.
• Assist in tendering activities, including preparation of quotations, cost estimation, technical proposals, scope reviews, and tender submissions.
