Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by PEB).
• PE status in Malaysia preferred.
• Experience leading a team or subcontractors advantageous.
• Strong communication, highly committed and motivated.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve technical and non-technical issues as needed.
• Track and monitor items per contractual requirements.
• Submit and monitor drawings, method statements and proposals.
• Ensure construction meets client and regulatory requirements.
• Carry out short-term planning to meet site progress.
• Coordinate, program and monitor site work, materials, plant and equipment.
• Align project objectives with company goals.
• Reduce material wastage and maximise machinery usage.
• Control direct workforce and overtime efficiently.
• Follow approved construction methods that are cost effective, productive and quality-focused.
• Meet targeted progress to achieve the intended cash flow.

Project Management

• To resolve all technical and non-technical issues.

• To ensure the tracking and monitoring of items per contractual requirement.

• Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals.

• To ensure construction meeting client & regulatory requirements.

• To carry out short-term planning to meet site progress.

• To co-ordinate, program and monitor site work, materials, plant & equipment.

• Carry out project objectives to align with company goals.

• Reduce material wastages on site and maximise usage of machineries/equipment.

• To control the allocated direct workforce effectively i.e. no. of direct workers and overtime etc.

• Follow approved construction method that is cost effective, productive & without compromising on Quality.

• Meet targeted progress of works so as to achieve the intended cash flow.

Technical Understanding

• Understands the drawings and scope of works

• Understand the implications of different technical choices so as to meet the project objectives.

• Involving in providing value engineering solutions basing on his knowledge.

• To have knowledge in the preparation of engineering project proposals and method statements.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent (Recognized by PEB).

• Applicants who are recognized as Professional Engineers (PE) in Malaysia will be preferred.

• Experience in leading a team or subcontractors would be advantageous.

• Strong communication skills.

• Highly committed and motivated individual.
