• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience as Project Engineer or similar role

About the role

As a Project Engineer at Fuji SMBE Industries Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in the planning, management and execution of complex engineering projects. Working in a full-time capacity in our North Region office, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, from initial scoping to final commissioning. Key responsibilities

• Developing detailed project plans, schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
• Coordinating cross-functional teams to execute all project activities, including design, procurement, construction and commissioning
• Identifying and mitigating project risks, implementing appropriate contingency measures to keep projects on track
• Monitoring project progress and performance, providing regular updates to key stakeholders
• Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant engineering standards, regulations and quality control procedures
• Collaborating with clients, vendors and other external partners to align on project requirements and objectives
• Mentoring and developing more junior members of the engineering team

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 1 years' proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to plan, organise and deliver complex technical projects
• Strong working knowledge of engineering principles, design methodologies and project management best practices
• Proficient in using project management software and tools to plan, monitor and report on project progress
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality
